Lomura Travel Ltd is a UK-registered travel business offering exclusive hotel accommodation through a secret hotel booking service. We do not sell or arrange flights, airport transfers, or any other travel services. All bookings are for hotel accommodation only.

“Hotel Partner” refers to the accommodation provider selected through our Concierge Secret Booking process.
Nature of Service
Lomura Travel provides exclusive hotel bookings through a secret selection process. The name of the hotel is disclosed only after the booking is confirmed and paid for.
We do not offer package holidays, and we do not act as a travel agent or tour operator under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You will receive your hotel confirmation within 48–72 hours after booking.
Prices and Payments

All prices are per person and include taxes and fees.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Prices may vary based on demand and availability.
Cancellations & Refunds

VIP Instant & Premium Flex plans are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part or cancellation of hotel availability before your check-in.

Lucky Draw entries are fully refundable if you do not win.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.
Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for arranging your own flights and travel to/from the hotel.

You must ensure you have the necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance.

You must comply with hotel check-in requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Lomura Travel is not liable for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

Personal injury, illness, or loss during your stay.

Issues or damages caused by third-party hotel services.
Changes by Us
If we are unable to confirm your selected package, we reserve the right to offer a comparable alternative or full refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of English courts.
